To achieve our goals, this department is committed to implementing a Management System that integrates both Cybersecurity and Business Continuity, aligned with the ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 22301 standards. This system includes risk management to mitigate actual or potential threats that may affect our business objectives, through the following actions:
- Establish an appropriate control framework that allows us to measure and manage the level of risk to which we are exposed, defining the acceptable level of these risks and applying effective mitigation measures against cybersecurity and resilience threats.
- To promote the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, increasing the efficiency and satisfaction of our customers with the services offered.
- Assign clear responsibilities for the achievement of Cybersecurity and Resilience objectives to the Business Areas, individuals, work groups or related organizations.
- Provide the necessary resources to ensure proper management of Cybersecurity and Resilience.
- Ensure the competence and professional qualification of our team through appropriate training and awareness programs.
- Promote a regular Risk Analysis process and validate its conclusions, at least once a year.
- Establish a continuous improvement process applicable to the Cybersecurity and Business Continuity Management System.
Our policy must guide every action, ensuring an accurate assessment of exposure to Cybersecurity and Business Continuity threats, and providing the necessary elements to develop effective and efficient protection strategies based on risk analysis.
Only in this way will we be able to operate safely and robustly, even in the face of sophisticated threats and attacks, maintaining the continuity of our services, increasing the trust of our customers and generating value for our shareholders.
It is critical that our organization's leaders communicate the importance of this policy and manage its implementation, ensuring that all employees contribute to the success of this approach.
